We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a Customer Success team on a part-time, temporary basis, providing crucial program management support for a key enterprise account. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage deliverables, and streamline communication to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. You will drive alignment across Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and Technical teams while enhancing processes and mitigating risks. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by improving service delivery, strengthening client relationships, and enabling strategic growth. Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and technical understanding will be essential to your success.

Accountabilities

• Lead program execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate customer and internal meetings, providing structure, follow-through, and transparency.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and open action items for visibility and timely resolution.
• Define clear ownership, workflows, and process clarity across teams to improve collaboration.
• Identify risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver concise updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Enhance the customer experience by fostering trust, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs, ideally in SaaS or software implementation.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with SaaS, software integration, and technical project environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project/task management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments with diverse teams.
