This internally facing role sits on the Clinical Strategy and Operations team which consists of strategic programs managers and generalist operators that support multiple initiatives. This role will have a split focus:</span></p><ol><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Clinical Team Operations – supporting the broader Clinical organization (composed of five teams) in strategic program management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Research Program Management – leading and supporting the operational aspects of Omada’s research initiatives, ensuring strong cross-functional project management and delivery across clinical studies and related activities.</span></li></ol><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This individual supports general Clinical operations to ensure team effectiveness and various Clinical workstreams. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, you are part of a growing need at Omada of strong program managers/operators that manage team and initiative operations ensuring that our team is working collaboratively toward the same goals across the organization. This role is right for you if:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You have a “get it done” attitude&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You have a desire to think outside the box to innovate and process improve&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You are detail oriented and want to dig deep to better understand the “why”&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Impact:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate team alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enable cross-functional communication and change management: Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Plan meetings: Plan and manage Clinical team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Shape process and policy: Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent strategic Clinical perspective: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed while supporting small to medium projects&nbsp;</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead research program management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination for multiple research projects across the Clinical and Research teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.</span></li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About You:</strong></span></h2><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You are a structured operator who enjoys bringing order to complexity, with experience bridging research program oversight and organizational process improvement.
