In this role, you will lead the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise-level strategic objectives. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining strong governance and reporting standards. Working closely with executive leadership, you will translate strategic direction into actionable work streams and drive accountability across multiple teams. This position requires strong partnership skills, rigorous program oversight, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and complex stakeholder environments. It is an opportunity to make a direct impact on major organizational initiatives while shaping how programs are executed and delivered across the business.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs aligned with organizational priorities and customer needs.
  • Oversee a portfolio of programs within a structured governance framework, ensuring proper business-case realization and resource allocation.
  • Act as a key communication link to executive leadership, delivering transparent weekly reporting focused on progress and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across departments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with internal partners, vendors, and external organizations to support compliance and program success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance program delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to monitor program performance, support decision-making, and refine future priorities.
  • Assess and mitigate enterprise-level risks proactively, ensuring program timelines and objectives remain on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within an Enterprise Program Management Office structure is highly preferred.
  • Proven record of delivering complex, business-critical initiatives from ideation through closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate enterprise-level risks before they impact program delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in Lean, Agile, and modern project management tools including JIRA and Asana.
