Program Manager - REMOTE

As a pivotal role in our organization, you will lead high-impact support programs that influence the future of enterprise systems. Your expertise in program management will drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to execution, specifically aimed at supporting the Navy. You will coordinate diverse teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering collaborative communication with stakeholders at all levels. • Oversee and direct diverse teams, executing multifaceted assignments with strategic foresight.
• Ensure performance, cost, and schedule goals are met or exceeded across all projects.
• Provide maintenance, technical, and operational support for enterprise systems.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, driving clarity and alignment across teams.

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering with enterprise/computer systems.
• 5 years of experience managing Firm Fixed Price programs of at least $100M.
• Experience with cloud-based and application initiatives in a Navy environment.
• 5+ years leading technical teams in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in integrated program management: cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
