Accountabilities:- Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale projects aimed at optimizing warehousing and fulfillment networks, including automation initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and establish timelines and resource requirements.
- Track progress against milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to align project objectives and facilitate seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, monitoring performance and deliverables.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Implement best practices in fulfillment and warehousing, leveraging industry insights to drive efficiency.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, industrial automation, logistics, manufacturing, or large capital projects.
- Experience with operations or fulfillment technologies including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced automation solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with occasional on-site travel to fulfillment centers and office locations.
