  • Manage intake and prioritization of partner-related initiatives in close partnership with Account Executives, establishing new program foundations as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration between many internal departments, and some partner-facing teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional kickoffs and ensure alignment around timelines, deliverables, and ownership
  • Facilitating “ways of working” between teams

Program Execution & Operational Rigor

  • Own day-to-day program management across partnership programs, from planning through execution
  • Work with TPMs to ensure partner deliverables are supported with the right technical resources and timelines
  • Collaborate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies where relevant to partner programs
  • Identify and remove roadblocks, escalating as needed to maintain velocity

Agile Leadership & Reporting

  • Promote agile values and continuous improvement across teams
  • Help stakeholders adapt to evolving priorities and partner needs
  • Track and report on key milestones, risks, and performance metrics across programs
  • Support vendor and contract management related to partnership initiatives

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving external partners
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong collaborator with a knack for building trust with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Execution & Adaptability

  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, with a focus on outcomes over output
  • Experience planning, tracking, and reporting on multiple, concurrent initiatives
  • Able to quickly adjust plans in response to evolving partner needs or business priorities

Experience & Tools

  • 4+ years of Program, Product, Scrum Master or Project Management experience
  • Experience working with technical teams and external partners on shared roadmaps
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Proficient in Jira, Productboard, or similar tools for backlog and program management
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, program reporting, and stakeholder updates
