Accountabilities:- Build the foundational infrastructure and operating mechanisms needed to turn ad hoc competitive initiatives into repeatable, scalable programs.
- Lead high-priority competitive programs end to end, defining program charters, objectives, workplans, milestones, decision forums, and success measures.
- Establish and manage cross-functional operating cadences for individual programs, including workstreams such as product and regional teardowns, seller enablement, product-gap reviews, go-to-market plays, and executive engagement plans.
- Coordinate competitive deal-triage and rapid-response mechanisms for priority opportunities, ensuring each situation has a clear commercial owner, response plan, and access to the necessary Product, Pricing, Legal, Risk, or executive support.
- Partner with Market Intelligence to translate competitor, customer, and deal signals into concrete actions for Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and go-to-market leadership.
- Create clear, decision-oriented reporting for executive leadership covering program health, competitive pipeline, risks, progress, recommendations, and required actions.
- Lead company-wide competitive culture initiatives designed to encourage stronger competitive awareness and coordinated action.
- Build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels while maintaining clear boundaries between central program coordination and functional decision ownership.
- Apply program design and execution expertise to additional strategic go-to-market priorities as business needs and the team’s mandate evolve.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers across complex initiatives and drive timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure programs transition effectively into sustainable operating models and repeatable processes once initial objectives have been achieved.
Requirements:
- Bring 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline, with experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, GTM Operations, or another commercial organization.

- Have proven experience establishing operating cadences across multiple teams while tracking milestones, dependencies, actions, decisions, and escalations.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Bring strong analytical skills and confidence using data to diagnose issues, evaluate program health, and guide prioritization.
- Have a collaborative, hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves while building trust with cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrate leadership through ownership of challenges, support for colleagues, and a consistent commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Experience leading competitive programs, strategic account programs, product launches, commercial transformation initiatives, or other high-stakes go-to-market programs is preferred.
- Experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, fintech, payments, or platform businesses is an advantage.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, sales enablement, pricing, commercial strategy, or product feedback mechanisms is beneficial.
