Accountabilities:

Lead and manage AI support and service delivery projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Oversee AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and machine learning tools to ensure optimal performance
Develop and maintain processes that drive continuous improvement in service delivery and support operations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with recent experience in AI support or AI engineering
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business/technical experience
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect; AI-related certifications are a plus
Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools
Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
