You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and partner with executive sponsors to drive results. Accountabilities:

As a Program Manager, you will:

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs, coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
Define and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
Ensure programs deliver on business outcomes, timelines, and quality standards.
Establish program governance, cadence meetings, and decision forums to drive alignment.
Provide concise program status reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders.
Identify, surface, and manage risks, trade-offs, and changes while maintaining accountability.
Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth execution from planning to go-live.
Foster collaboration across matrixed teams, acting as a team lead for project managers or contributors.

Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or complex projects end-to-end.
Proven ability to operate in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Expertise in managing scope, risk, dependencies, and change across programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
PMP or PgMP certification.
Preferred: MBA or post-graduate coursework, SaaS or technology-enabled services experience, and familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Wrike, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
