Program Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budgets, and schedules. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive program success. You will manage risks, track performance, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to influence without formal authority. You will play a key role in program planning, execution, and continuous improvement, contributing to impactful outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Manage the entire program lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
• Align program activities with customer expectations and maintain overall customer satisfaction.
• Define, implement, and monitor program controls, success criteria, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate project teams, interdependencies, and priorities to ensure smooth program execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, including budget management, resource allocation, and communications.
• Lead program meetings and reviews with internal leadership, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Support business development by assisting in proposal preparation and opportunity capture.
• Manage scope changes and advise leadership on potential impacts to program objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of Program Management experience, with a proven track record managing multiple successful projects.
• Experience managing firm fixed-price programs and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, tools, and processes.
• Ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams, government, and commercial customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred; experience with unmanned aircraft systems and international programs a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
