About the role:

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the company’s strategic goals. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment, coordination, and measurable impact across teams. This person will report to the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical problem solver with strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills, who excels in fast-paced environments. 

What you'll do:

• Lead and execute cross-functional, executive-sponsored initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.

• Support annual and quarterly strategic planning, including goal setting, project prioritization, and performance tracking.

• Manage complex programs end-to-end—scoping, planning, timelines, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.

• Oversee the company’s project portfolio governance, resource capacity, and methodology frameworks.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships and facilitate alignment across teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, OKRs, and status reporting to ensure strategic outcomes are met.

• Craft executive communications and data-driven presentations that clearly articulate company vision and progress.

• Champion project and change management best practices across the organization.

What experience we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy or operating roles

• Highly organized with great attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company

• Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus

• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite and project management tools like ClickUp or Smartsheet
