This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Director IHS (EAP), Senior in United States.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the delivery and performance of complex Employee Assistance Program (EAP) accounts across multiple clients, ensuring high-quality clinical, operational, and technology-enabled services. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale budgets, and serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships in a 24/7 support environment. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring strong execution discipline and client-facing credibility. You will also drive innovation by integrating AI and digital tools to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes across EAP services. Acting as a key connector between operations, clinical teams, and customers, you will ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual and quality expectations. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding service reach, improving behavioral health outcomes, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex EAP accounts, overseeing program design, delivery, and performance across clinical, operational, call center, and technology functions
  • Manage multi-million-dollar program portfolios, ensuring compliance with SLAs, contractual requirements, budgets, and quality standards
  • Supervise and develop direct reports across account management, operations, technology, and clinical service teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Act as executive sponsor for key clients, managing relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities while driving satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to monitor utilization, identify risks, forecast demand, and improve service delivery efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, technology, product, and business development teams to support strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives
  • Lead program governance, implementation planning, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance scalability, access, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, utilization management, case management, healthcare operations, or related fields, including leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience managing complex programs or accounts with large budgets and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong background in EAP, healthcare services, or government/public-sector health programs strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability across distributed functions
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and engaging with clients, providers, and external partners at an executive level
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate data into operational improvements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across clinical, technical, and business environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort working with data systems, dashboards, and operational reporting tools

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and additional wellness and volunteer days
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Mental health support, including therapy sessions, coaching, and wellness resources
  • Employee assistance programs and wellbeing tools
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Flexible remote work environment with occasional travel requirements
  • Training, professional development, and career growth opportunities
  • Exposure to innovative healthcare technology and AI-enabled service delivery.
