Certintell's continued growth and success in delivering industry-leading virtual care services depend on strong program management and efficient workflow implementation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to focus on optimizing workflows at our individual partner sites. Based in Tennessee with regular travel, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective adoption and execution of Certintell's programs at the local level. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand site-specific needs, implement standardized processes, and provide ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of PMO and other stakeholders to understand program objectives and translate them into actionable workflow implementation plans for individual sites.
- Conduct on-site assessments in Tennessee and potentially other locations to understand current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and gather site-specific requirements.
- Develop and implement standardized workflow processes, tools, and documentation based on Certintell's best practices and the PMO playbook.
- Work directly with site staff to train them on new workflows, provide ongoing support, and ensure successful adoption of Certintell's programs.
- Monitor the implementation of workflows, track progress against established timelines, and identify and address any roadblocks or challenges.
- Collect data and provide regular updates on workflow implementation progress, highlighting successes and areas needing further attention.
- Identify and document potential risks and issues related to workflow implementation at individual sites and escalate them appropriately.
- Serve as a key point of contact for site-level workflow inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Travel to client sites and work hands-on to support the success of all health services
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Certintell's program implementation methodologies and best practices based on field experience.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to site-specific workflows and implementation progress.
- Operate effectively with minimal supervision while managing multiple site implementations and adapting to varying site needs and priorities.
- Bring a proactive and solution-oriented approach to supporting our partner sites.

Required Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, workflow implementation, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to implement processes and provide support.
- Familiarity with basic project management concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address implementation challenges.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly to individual sites within Tennessee and potentially other locations within the United States.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
