Program Analyst (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Program Analyst in the USA.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and project execution. You will support the Program Director in overseeing large-scale renewable projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll interact with internal teams and external stakeholders to monitor project progress, manage compliance, and drive performance against strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing industry that plays a vital role in global decarbonization efforts.

Accountabilities:

• Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including institutions, lenders, and community representatives
• Coordinate across internal departments to align on project objectives and deliverables
• Support compliance with contractual, environmental, and social standards across project lifecycles
• Assist in managing contracts such as EPC, supply, O&M, and financial agreements
• Help structure project teams and define resource needs to ensure effective execution
• Track and report KPIs related to time, cost, quality, and safety; proactively drive improvements
• Support risk management planning and implementation
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and financial tracking alongside the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in project management, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced environment
