Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and documenting application software across multiple environments, including web, client, and server-based systems. You will contribute to defining technical architecture components and ensuring alignment between design and implementation. Key responsibilities include:

Designing and developing application solutions aligned with technical and business requirements
Creating detailed functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation
Supporting integration, deployment, and testing through well-structured test plans
Collaborating with application architects and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Ensuring software solutions meet performance, scalability, and ROI expectations for clients
Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including ongoing support and improvements

Requirements:

This position requires solid experience in software design and development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable working across different technologies and environments, with a strong understanding of application architecture and development processes. Key qualifications include:

At least 3 years of experience in software design and development
Experience with application development lifecycle, operating systems, and software design principles
Knowledge of web services development preferred
Ability to work across multiple programming languages and technical environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and leadership interaction
Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
