What you’ll be doing:
- Technical Support: Assist users and support teams in diagnosing and resolving software installation and application issues.
- Development Support: Collaborate with developers to identify and address potential issues during the software development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Document software issues and solutions, and create technical reports to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.
What you will need to be successful:
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work in teams, as well as independently.
- College degree (Associates or Bachelors)
- 1-2 years’ experience with Java, PHP or similar
- 1-2 years’ experience with RDBMS and SQL
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Strong desire to learn and advance coding expertise
