Customer Support Representative

The Role:

As a Customer Support Representative at Vizcom, you’ll be the main point of contact for our users, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and maximize their experience. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, positive customer experience that builds loyalty and drives satisfaction. This role is remote in the United States, but ideally someone based in the New York area so you could occasionally work with the Customer Success Lead. 

How You’ll Do It:

  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via chat, email, and occasional video calls.

  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and partner with internal teams to drive timely resolutions.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge to guide customers through features and best practices.

  • Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes, documentation, and the platform itself.

  • Champion the voice of the customer across the company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years in a customer support or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving, empathetic mindset.

  • Comfortable working remotely (EST, MST, or PST timezones) and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative teams.

  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • A team player who loves planning, executing, winning, and celebrating together.

Compensation:

The base pay range targeted for this position is: $77,000 - $135,000. This role is eligible for equity.

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
