- Serve as a point of contact for project updates, meeting coordination, and issue resolution with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to align on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive documentation and long-term readiness efforts.
- Assist with integration setup, configuration, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing and validation of new implementations and enhancements.
- Triage and document issues, working closely with technical and clinical teams to resolve bugs or blockers.
- Support post-go-live monitoring and follow-up to ensure ongoing success.
- Recommend process improvements and build internal documentation to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.
- Support innovation partner relationships including product testing, ad hoc special projects, and discovery initiatives by leveraging internal and external cross-functional resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with software implementation processes, integrations, or SaaS environments.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and testing practices.
