We are looking for a collaborative, flexible (Senior) Product Success Manager to drive successful customer onboarding and implementation for Teamworks Personnel category. This includes our Influencer platform, which empowers student-athletes to maximize their Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities through streamlined content creation, brand partnerships, and compliance management. You'll lead customer onboarding and training, ensuring teams quickly realize value from our platform while building lasting partnerships across the collegiate athletics ecosystem. You'll guide product adoption and continuously identify opportunities to help customers maximize their investment.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own the customer onboarding and training process, ensuring seamless product adoption from day one
  • Partner strategically with Customer Success Managers to align training timelines and accelerate customer adoption
  • Master product functionality across Influencer and related NIL tools, executing comprehensive training plans that transform customers into product experts
  • Organize and track implementation milestones, providing transparent progress updates for both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and satisfaction indicators to validate implementation success and identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide dedicated support to external stakeholders including collectives, businesses, and multimedia rights holders leveraging Teamworks NIL solutions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with athletics department staff, compliance officers, and student-athletes throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships internally, sharing customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Educate student-athletes through virtual or in-person presentations on how to use the product and the basics of NIL

Additionally, a Senior Product Success Manager Will Be Expected To:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Product Success Managers, fostering best practices in customer onboarding and relationship management
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations involving enterprise-level athletics departments and their diverse NIL ecosystems
  • Design and optimize implementation frameworks and methodologies to be applied across the broader Product Success team
  • Effectively communicate and translate complex NIL compliance requirements and technical capabilities to both internal and external audiences
  • Drive strategic initiatives that influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies based on deep customer insights and market trends
  • Represent Teamworks at industry conferences, NIL summits, and collegiate athletics forums to build thought leadership
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize feature enhancements that drive customer value and adoption

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Extensive experience working in collegiate athletics with a deep understanding of athletics department operations and student-athlete support systems
  • Proven track record implementing strategies to support student-athletes in maximizing their NIL opportunities, including knowledge of compliance requirements and brand partnership frameworks
  • Strong foundation in the collegiate NIL landscape, including familiarity with collective structures, multimedia rights management, and brand partnership ecosystems

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Background in account management, customer success, or SaaS implementation with demonstrated ability to drive product adoption
  • Experience designing and delivering customer education programs or training sessions, particularly in technology-enabled environments
  • Hands-on experience with Teamworks Influencer platform or similar NIL management tools
  • Deep understanding of NCAA compliance requirements and how they intersect with NIL activities
  • Track record of building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups in collegiate athletics

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary range is $75,000-$85,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
