This role is a strategic and highly cross-functional position focused on developing and scaling enterprise and wholesale connectivity solutions. You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities and translating them into innovative, revenue-generating products that meet evolving customer needs. Acting as the bridge between commercial strategy and technical execution, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver scalable and competitive offerings. The position requires a strong blend of telecom expertise, product management experience, and business acumen. You will be responsible for driving product lifecycle success, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. This is an opportunity to directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and long-term growth in a fast-evolving connectivity landscape.
Accountabilities:- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise and wholesale connectivity products, from concept and development to launch and optimization.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities across B2B connectivity solutions, including fiber-based services and custom offerings.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives and network capabilities.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements, pricing strategies, and service specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients, carriers, and strategic partners to support solution development and sales efforts.
- Support RFP responses and complex deal structuring with tailored product solutions.
- Build business cases and ensure products meet revenue, margin, and performance targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product or solutions management within telecom, fiber broadband, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise and wholesale connectivity solutions (e.g., DIA, Metro Ethernet, Wavelengths, Dark Fiber).
- Experience working closely with network engineering and operations teams.
- Proven ability to develop business cases and manage product financials or P&L.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with enterprise customers, carriers, or hyperscalers.
- Familiarity with industry standards and wholesale connectivity models.
- Experience in B2B or B2B2B go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of fiber network planning, construction, and capacity management.
- Experience supporting RFPs and complex commercial negotiations.
