This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the digital workplace experience for employees across the organization. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of intranet platforms, including content management, user experience, and platform enhancements. Working closely with stakeholders from HR, IT, Marketing, and business units, you will ensure that information, tools, and resources are easily accessible, engaging, and aligned with company goals. The position combines product management, technical expertise in CMS platforms, and a user-centric design approach to deliver a seamless and modern digital workplace. It is a hybrid-remote role with the flexibility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities:

·         Define and execute the product vision for intranet platforms, translating strategy into actionable backlog items and user stories.

·         Develop and enforce a content strategy, guiding business units on content creation, management, and placement.

·         Oversee day-to-day management and long-term roadmap for intranet platforms, ensuring security, integration, and platform health.

·         Champion user experience and design enhancements using HTML/CSS knowledge and UX principles to improve usability and engagement.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align the intranet with company-wide initiatives and communication goals.

·         Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, content effectiveness, and platform performance to drive continuous improvement.

·         Serve as a subject matter expert on CMS best practices, providing guidance and technical support to content owners.

Requirements

·         3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar role managing intranet, digital workplace, or CMS platforms.

·         Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, including SharePoint and social intranet tools like Workvivo.

·         Proficiency in HTML and CSS for content editing and design enhancements.

·         Experience in content governance, information architecture, and content lifecycle management.

·         Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to create intuitive digital experiences.

·         Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

·         Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

·         Ability to work remotely with hybrid collaboration as needed in specific locations.
