This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of RxSense. We are currently looking for a Product Owner - Enterprise in United States.

We are seeking an Enterprise Product Owner to help drive the development and delivery of core data capabilities that power enterprise-wide decision-making. This role translates strategic initiatives into actionable work, balancing technical requirements, business priorities, and user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, monitor progress, and ensure that deliverables are clearly documented and aligned with overarching goals. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, excel at organizing complexity, and can influence outcomes without direct authority. Your work will directly impact internal stakeholders, platform reliability, and the efficiency of enterprise data operations.

Accountabilities

·         Collaborate with Product Managers to break down strategic initiatives into epics, user stories, and feature specifications with clear acceptance criteria.

·         Maintain and prioritize a backlog that reflects business value, evolving priorities, and technical input.

·         Partner with data engineers to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment on scope and intent.

·         Monitor day-to-day delivery activities to identify risks, shifting priorities, and coordination gaps.

·         Work with internal stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable requirements and communicate updates effectively.

·         Write and maintain documentation, release notes, and internal updates to support adoption and knowledge sharing.

·         Use SQL to validate outputs, analyze data behaviors, and assist in triaging production issues.

Requirements

·         3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Agile Business Analyst supporting data-driven products or platforms.

·         3+ years in healthcare, PBM, or health tech environments with familiarity in pharmacy claims, eligibility, or benefit systems.

·         Proven experience managing product backlogs using JIRA, including refining stories, writing acceptance criteria, and structuring epics.

·         Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust through clarity and alignment.

·         Proficiency in SQL for self-service data exploration, debugging, and validation.

·         Excellent written communication skills for documenting business logic, edge cases, and user-facing behavior.

·         Comfortable tracking multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments while staying organized and proactive.

·         Experience in multi-product enterprise data environments, with understanding of upstream/downstream dependencies.

·         Familiarity with data pipeline development, data lineage, or enterprise data architecture.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or edge-case behaviors in data systems.

Benefits

·         Competitive salary ($85,000 - $120,000).

·         Health, dental, and vision insurance.

·         Retirement benefits and employer contributions.

·         Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.

·         Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options for commutable locations (Boston, MA; Princeton, NJ; New York City, NY; West Palm Beach, FL).

·         Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
