font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated/risk-managed environments strongly preferred</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in revenue-generating or operationally critical systems</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering with engineering teams</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of sales systems, underwriting workflows, or financial processing systems</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;
