This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager in the United States.

This role is a key operational driver within a fast-scaling Product and Engineering organization, focused on improving how teams plan, execute, and deliver products at scale. You will design and refine the operating model that supports product development, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams. The position sits at the center of cross-functional execution, bringing structure to planning cycles, launch coordination, and product insights flow. You will also play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by improving visibility into product metrics and customer feedback. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape processes, tools, and workflows that directly influence delivery speed and product quality. The environment is collaborative, data-informed, and highly cross-functional, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Accountabilities

You will be responsible for optimizing and scaling the product operating system, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders while improving execution efficiency and product delivery outcomes.

  • Drive R&D operational excellence by standardizing product planning, documentation, prioritization, and delivery processes
  • Facilitate quarterly planning, intake, and prioritization cycles while ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Improve product development workflows, sprint rituals, roadmapping frameworks, and release processes to reduce friction and delays
  • Coordinate cross-functional product launches with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support, ensuring readiness and clear communication
  • Build and maintain product analytics reporting, supporting leadership with actionable insights on product performance and usage
  • Centralize and structure customer feedback from multiple sources, ensuring visibility for Product teams and closure of the feedback loop
  • Own product operations tooling and systems, including Jira, Aha, and related platforms, ensuring data integrity and usability
  • Maintain product documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases to support organizational clarity and consistency
  • Promote and support AI adoption across product operations workflows to improve speed and efficiency

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in product operations or related disciplines, with a proven ability to improve how Product and Engineering organizations operate at scale in a technology environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program/Portfolio Management, or related roles in tech
  • Proven track record of improving R&D operating models and enabling faster, more efficient product delivery
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams with strong cross-functional alignment skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working on product metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Aha/Productboard, Confluence, and analytics platforms like Pendo
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end product launches, including readiness planning and cross-functional execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and creating structure from complexity
  • Familiarity with Atlassian and Google Workspace tools is a plus
