How You'll Contribute:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve product management processes and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and output across the organization
- Create a system to capture, analyze, and translate customer and user feedback into actionable insights and a customer-centric product roadmap
- Design and manage release management frameworks to ensure seamless product launches and communication for Enterprise customers
- Serve as a thought partner to our Chief Product Officer, helping to shape and execute product vision and strategy
- Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Coach and mentor product team on best practices, providing team tools and frameworks to successfully deliver
- Establish baseline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor success of product management team and inform strategic decision-making
Must Haves:
- 7-10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated experience in building release management frameworks for enterprise-grade software products
- Strong track record of streamlining processes and implementing tools to drive efficiency and clarity within product teams
- Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product decisions
- Deep understanding of customer feedback systems and experience in translating insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate across teams and leadership

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $91,000-175,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity
