This part-time Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience from first touch to adoption. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to translate product capabilities into compelling stories that drive awareness, engagement, and usage. The role combines strategic positioning with hands-on execution, including go-to-market planning, feature launches, in-app messaging, and customer communication. You will leverage data and customer insights to optimize messaging, adoption, and product-led growth initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, work remotely, and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS and marketplace environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key product areas.
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of audience segments, personas, and use cases.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, including timelines, messaging, channels, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Drive adoption through in-app messaging, onboarding experiences, email campaigns, guides, webinars, and other customer-facing content.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market insights via interviews, surveys, and competitive monitoring to inform product marketing priorities.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Experience teams with decks, battlecards, cheat sheets, and training on product updates and features.
  • Collaborate with Growth/Product teams on pricing, packaging, and product-led growth experiments, ensuring clear messaging to users and prospects.
Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with experience creating product messaging for web, in-app prompts, emails, sales decks, and enablement materials.
  • Proven experience managing feature or product launches and driving adoption, not just awareness.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track adoption, usage, and funnel metrics to guide decisions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable building foundational PMM processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with product-led or self-serve SaaS products preferred.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or advertising/marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work part-time every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST.
