The Inbound Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing deep market, client, and competitive insights that inform product strategy and go-to-market decisions. You are obsessed with understanding buyers, markets, and competitors and you know how to turn insight into action.Â
This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This role is also client-facing and requires regular interaction with clients and prospects through interviews, meetings, and event participation as needed. Â

A day in the life Â
Lead market and competitive intelligence for assigned product portfolioÂ
Run and evolve the win/loss program, turning insights into clear recommendationsÂ
Develop and maintain buyer personas, ICPs, and customer journey mapsÂ
Partner deeply with Product to influence roadmap priorities, packaging, and differentiationÂ
Support client research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis Â
Act as an internal advocate for the client, ensuring insights are reflected in strategy and messagingÂ
Deliver concise, actionable insights to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Exec teamsÂ
Support evolving priorities and cross-functional initiatives as needed to advance product marketing and business outcomes.Â

PMs and leaders proactively seek your perspectiveÂ
Insights don’t sit in decks; they show up in roadmaps and GTM plansÂ

We are looking for someone who bringsÂ
3-5Â years in Product Marketing, Strategy, or Market IntelligenceÂ
SaaS experience preferredÂ
Nonprofit / association experience strongly preferredÂ
Demonstrated experience with market analysis, win–loss programs, and competitive researchÂ
Deep curiosity about buyers, markets, and competitive dynamicsÂ
Clear written and verbal communication skills Â
Confidence speaking up in rooms with senior stakeholdersÂ
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyÂ
Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Aha!, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and HubSpot (or similar tools)Â
