If you want to help shape a category and influence how people experience home, this role sits at the center of that story.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Product Marketing Manager turns Venn’s product and messaging into clear, compelling content that drives pipeline and demo conversion. You’ll focus on launches, sales enablement, and data-backed storytelling that helps prospects and customers understand our value instantly.</p><p>You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing on positioning, with Creative on visuals, and with Demand Gen on distribution. This role fits someone who’s a strong writer, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to prioritize work that supports revenue.</p><p>Success means delivering crisp, human, on-brand content that supports demos, shortens sales cycles, and drives engagement.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Go-to-Market Execution</li><ul><li>Turn product and integration briefs into clear messaging and launch plans.</li><li>Decide the right level of promotion and channels (email, website, social, release notes, video, etc.).</li><li>Follow a lightweight, repeatable launch process that keeps teams aligned and approvals simple.</li><li>Own execution of all content with support from Creative and Demand Gen.<br><br></li></ul><li>Sales Enablement & Data Storytelling</li><ul><li>Build and maintain battle cards and key enablement tools.</li><li>Surface compelling product usage insights with the Data and Partnerships teams.</li><li>Strengthen testimonials and case studies with meaningful metrics.</li><li>Identify product moments that reinforce Venn’s narrative and can fuel sales, demand, and social content.<br><br></li></ul><li>Execute projects tied directly to company goals, including:</li><ul><li>Growing to 1M units by end of 2026</li><li>Increasing demo volume and sales velocity</li><li>Supporting customer expansion and platform adoption</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>A clear, concise storyteller who translates features into value</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting an enterprise or multi-product platform</li><li>Experience building and executing a Product Marketing strategy including PMM content, launches, and sales enablement</li><li>A fast learner who can quickly ramp on complex products, integrations, and customer use cases</li><li>Comfortable with fast-moving priorities and collaborative workflows</li><li>Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and brand consistency</li><li>Curious, proactive, and focused on impact</li><li>Willing to travel ~10% for conferences and customer meetings</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>You deliver high-impact content on time and aligned with company priorities</li><li>You collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams</li><li>You ask smart questions, seek clarity, and tie work to measurable goals</li><li>Your work contributes to more demos, faster cycles, and stronger customer outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>This role is hybrid (3 days/week in our cozy NYC office).</strong> For New York-based candidates, this position has an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, plus benefits and opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications.
