This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the success of innovative healthcare solutions through strategic product marketing initiatives. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market plans, craft compelling messaging, and enable adoption across diverse customer segments. This hands-on position involves analyzing market and customer insights, supporting product launches, and developing content to drive revenue growth and engagement. The role provides high visibility within the organization, allowing you to shape product perception, influence adoption, and contribute directly to business impact. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoy combining creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities

·         Execute go-to-market strategies and support product launches for one or more product areas.

·         Conduct market and customer research to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

·         Develop adoption campaigns, sales enablement materials, product assets, and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with brand and communications teams.

·         Monitor product marketing metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth in adoption, win rate, and awareness.

·         Support product launches with strategic partners and distributors, ensuring readiness and consistent messaging.

·         Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

·         2–5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in healthcare.

·         Strong project management, communication, and execution skills.

·         Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management capabilities.

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

·         Collaborative, proactive, and self-starting, thriving in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

·         Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and analytics platforms.

·         Bachelor’s Degree required.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
