Position SummaryThe Product Marketing Manager leads the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution of PatientNow’s product portfolio. This role bridges Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive narratives, successful launches, and measurable growth. The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the voice of the customer and market, championing insights that shape product development and crafting narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, product capabilities, and competitive landscapes to drive successful product launches and sustained growth.

Product positioning & messaging

Craft compelling narratives that highlight the value and differentiation of our products across personas and segments.

Go-to-market strategy

Develop and execute cross-functional GTM plans for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives.

Market & competitor intelligence

Deliver actionable market & competitive insights that inform roadmap decisions, sales strategy, and campaign planning.

Partner with Product Management

Translate complex product capabilities into customer-centric value. Collaborate on roadmap planning, ensuring that upcoming releases are packaged and launched with clarity and impact. Maintain deep familiarity with all PatientNow solutions and roadmaps.

Enablement

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create messaging, collateral, battlecards,

and training that empower teams to articulate our value and differentiation.

Content & Collateral Development: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and

maintain enablement materials such as battlecards, FAQs, and product sheets. Contribute to lifecycle marketing efforts including newsletters, webinars, in-app messaging, and adoption/retention content as needed.

Own release communications

Write and maintain clear, engaging release notes for internal and external audiences.

Education/Experience:


  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product launches, crafting positioning, and influencing roadmap decisions.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a love of digging into market and customer data.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus
