<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of product, marketing and sales to orchestrate high-impact GTM launches and sales strategies to support our growing business.</p><p>You will focus on shaping our messaging and positioning, supporting revenue generating sales programs and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-driven self-starter with exceptional messaging and positioning skills, who can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategy.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Shape our messaging and narrative: Develop and own compelling product positioning and value prop messaging that differentiates Backlight’s Iconik, Wildmoka, Cinesync, Ftrack, and Zype products in the market</li><li>Support sales programs: Drive deeper engagement of our product through educational content—blog posts, product tips, best practice guides, live streams, and more </li><li>Launch and drive adoption of features that help teams use Backlight solutions at scale</li><li>Work in lock-step with the marketing team to generate pipeline for Backlight products via content campaigns, field events, webinars.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS.</li><li>Excellent communicator, skilled at working across global teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the technical details</li></ul>
