We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives for a high-impact enterprise software portfolio. This role requires a creative, data-driven marketer who can craft compelling messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels. You will act as the chief storyteller for the product suite, enabling sales and customer success teams with tools and content to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams, you will ensure successful launches, compelling content, and customer advocacy programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

·         Develop and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for enterprise software solutions.

·         Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, ensuring coordinated launches across functions.

·         Create and maintain sales and partner enablement tools, including pitch decks, datasheets, case studies, and ROI calculators.

·         Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy, campaigns, and product roadmap.

·         Engage customers to capture success stories and build advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials.

·         Partner with analysts and thought leaders to ensure the product’s market positioning is accurately communicated.

·         Collaborate with content teams to develop blog posts, webinars, video scripts, and website copy that highlight product value.

·         Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness using data and performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Requirements

·         10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on SaaS solutions.

·         Strong understanding of IT automation, workload automation, ERP systems, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.

·         Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for enterprise software.

·         Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging.

·         Strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience, comfortable building presentations, writing content, and analyzing data.

·         Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using market research, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions.

·         Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
