  • Enable sales and customer success teams with one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides.
  • Partner with design, content, sales, and customer experience teams to create launch content including blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social media materials.
  • Conduct market intelligence by analyzing competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Track and measure the performance of launch campaigns across channels, reporting insights and optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Develop multi-segment go-to-market strategies for key audiences, including property management companies, board members, onsite staff, and property managers.
  • Focus on both new and existing customers to drive product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and overall customer value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven success in launching new products or features to market.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills across multiple marketing formats.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, Figma, and Confluence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Experience with video content strategy, including scripting, recording, and producing product marketing videos, is a plus.
  • Experience in the Property Technology (PropTech) industry is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $65–$75.
  • Contract duration: 4 months, approximately 30–35 hours/week, with possibility to extend.
  • Work remotely with flexibility in schedule.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product adoption strategies.
  • Gain experience leading go-to-market initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
