The Product Manager for Wealth Management UI/UX will lead the design and development of user-centered solutions tailored for our wealth management platform. This role is vital in enhancing the customer experience by creating intuitive and accessible interfaces, ensuring users can seamlessly navigate our products. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers and developers, to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and articulate the vision for UI/UX within the wealth management product line.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on UI/UX trends and best practices to inform product development.

Collaboration and Design Leadership:

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during the development process to ensure design integrity is maintained.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with clients and users to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct demos and training sessions to showcase UI/UX enhancements and features.

Performance Measurement:

  • Define success metrics for UI/UX initiatives and regularly monitor performance against these indicators.
  • Utilize analytics to drive design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the wealth management or financial services sector.
  • Strong background in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into effective and engaging design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development.
