You’ll drive the development of robust, scalable, and actionable analytics that improve coding outcomes, measure product impact, and support value-based client delivery across Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare analytics expertise with strong product management skills, and thrives at the intersection of product, data science, engineering, and operations.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><strong>Analytics Product Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Define and own the product vision for risk adjustment analytics across retrospective and prospective use cases.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve coding accuracy, efficiency, and transparency through advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics features.</li><li>Stay informed on industry benchmarks, regulatory needs, and customer pain points to drive a differentiated analytics roadmap.<strong><br><br></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Execution &amp; Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Translate user and business needs into detailed product requirements, working closely with Engineering, Data, and Clinical stakeholders.</li><li>Lead product development cycles from ideation to release, ensuring delivery of high-impact analytics products and capabilities.</li><li>Prioritize development initiatives using criteria such as business impact, client value, and strategic alignment.</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs such as suspecting accuracy, chart throughput, RAF impact, data latency, coding quality metrics, and client engagement.<strong><br><br></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with risk adjustment product leaders to align analytics features with core platform needs and workflows.</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Clinical, Engineering, and Customer Success) to ensure that analytics deliver real-time visibility and decision support.</li><li>Collaborate with clients and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements and insights.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Quality, Compliance, and Scalability</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure analytics products support audit defensibility, regulatory compliance, and documentation traceability.</li><li>Design data pipelines and dashboards with scalability and configurability in mind, enabling broad client usability and customization.</li><li>Partner with Security and Compliance teams to uphold data privacy and HITRUST standards.<br><br></li></ul><h3><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></h3><p><strong>Business &amp; Strategic Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Increased visibility into coding performance and financial impact</li><li>Contribution of analytics products to client satisfaction and renewal</li><li>Alignment of analytics insights with operational KPIs and regulatory needs<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Product Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Timeliness of feature delivery and roadmap execution</li><li>Adoption of analytics dashboards and features across customer base</li></ul><p><strong>Reduction in manual reporting or ad hoc analytics requests<br><br></strong></p><p><strong>Client Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Client feedback on analytics usability and value</li><li>Number of support issues or custom requests related to analytics gaps</li><li>Engagement and usage metrics from self-service tools or dashboards<br><br></li></ul><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in product management, healthcare analytics, or data product roles, ideally within risk adjustment or value-based care. Must possess strong knowledge of product development practices and SDLC.</li><li><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong> Comfortable working with large datasets, EHR data, claims data, and HCC-based analytics. Familiarity with query languages such as SQL, data warehouses like Databricks or Snowflake, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent platforms.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Domain Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of risk adjustment metrics, risk scoring methodologies and models (e.g., CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC). Well-versed in the key underlying healthcare data sources that support risk adjustment measurement and analysis.</li><li><strong>Analytical &amp; Strategic:</strong> Able to connect the dots between product usage, data insights, and business impact.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Partner:</strong> Experience collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, Clinical, and Client teams to develop data-driven solutions.</li><li><strong>Execution-Oriented:</strong> Comfortable owning complex problems and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.</li><li><strong>Clear Communicator:</strong> Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.</li><li><strong>Client-Centric:</strong> Committed to delivering analytics that create measurable value for customers.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
