Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify differentiation opportunities
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories
- Maintain Prioritized product backlog aligned with product vision
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for continuous product enhancement
- Manage communication across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout product development
- Identify and implement process improvements within both product development and broader organizational workflows
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive product adoption and user engagement
- Gather customer feedback and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the product
- Manage and mentor the Business Analysts, ensuring effective requirements gathering and user research

- AI Integration: Explore and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product capabilities. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved user experiences, automation, and innovation.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar capacity in any of the following: healthcare, compensation management, accounting, payroll etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with industry trends, product management tools, and best practices
- Proven track record of successful product execution and timely delivery, ensuring high-impact features meet business goals and customer expectations
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation range: Base salary $150-155k with 5% annual target bonus
