You will be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible, while sharing our healthy obsession for quality and attention to detail. You will lead the ideation, technical documentation, and launch of product features that provide the best-in-class solutions. You will take a deep dive and learn the core business so you can empathize with our customers and end users to continuously improve the experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive product development from existing feature enhancements to entirely new epics</li><li>Collect and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation containing thorough acceptance criteria</li><li>Work hands-on with designers to constantly iterate and improve the UI/UX</li><li>Attend scrums, retrospectives and planning meetings while taking detailed notes with clearly defined action items</li><li>Participate in agile activities such as backlog grooming, feature prioritization and sprint planning</li><li>Define and ensure user acceptance and testing criteria is captured and followed throughout the QA</li><li>Maintain a direct line of communication with power users</li><li>Work closely with support, operations and sales to understand existing friction points</li><li>Aggregate feedback from all channels to drive priority</li><li>Create exciting release notes for internal teams and end users</li><li>Build and maintain user personas, journey maps and product roadmaps</li><li>Assist our design team in the creation of product prototypes, wireframes and mockups</li><li>Maintain internal training tools, user guides and knowledge base articles</li><li>Communicate effectively with all internal teams and external entities teams to set accurate expectations and proper timelines for product delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related technical degree</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst and/or Jr. Product Manager capacity</li><li>Highly analytical and diligent personality with ability to constantly solve problems and quickly plan out new features</li><li>Expertise in researching, defining and documenting complex business processes</li><li>Ability to understand customer needs, business goals and competitive pressures with the ability to convert those into technical documents.</li><li>High aptitude to proactively develop customer relationships by empathizing, understanding, anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs.</li><li>Experience defining a product roadmap and prioritizing features based on end user needs</li><li>Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficient with common productivity and collaboration tools</li><li>Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Sketch, Github, Prototyping</li><li><strong>Must be passionate about the business with a constant desire to learn more and improve the user experience!</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">#LI-Remote</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div><h3><span style="color: #000000;">We Put Our Employees First</span></h3><p>We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future.
