This Product Manager, Household role is a high-impact opportunity to shape how customers discover, browse, and shop across multiple categories for themselves and their families. You will lead the evolution of a proven MVP into a scalable platform that enables seamless multi-person and cross-category shopping experiences across Women’s, Men’s, and Kids. The role blends consumer product intuition, personalization strategy, and platform thinking, requiring close collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. You will define how users navigate household shopping journeys, from inspiration to purchase, while ensuring every interaction feels personalized and intuitive. A key focus will be building the underlying systems that power recommendations, preferences, and discovery at scale. You will also drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making to improve engagement, adoption, and long-term customer value. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of AI-driven personalization and next-generation retail experiences.


Accountabilities:

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for household and cross-category shopping experiences, transforming an MVP into a scalable growth platform.

  • Drive household adoption, engagement, and expansion across Women’s, Men’s, and Kids categories to increase lifetime value and shopping frequency.
  • Define and evolve the cross-category browse and discovery experience, including navigation, taxonomy, merchandising surfaces, and personalization features.
  • Design seamless multi-person shopping journeys that allow users to shop for different household members within a unified experience.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable personalization systems, including profiles, preferences, and recommendation signals.
  • Lead experimentation and analytics efforts to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimize conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Merchandising, Engineering, and Operations to align strategy and drive product launches.
  • Translate customer insights and behavioral data into actionable product improvements and long-term roadmap decisions.

Requirements:
8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex, platform-level consumer product initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of consumer shopping behavior, discovery experiences, and personalization in digital commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to define and scale product strategies across multi-category or marketplace-style ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with experience connecting user behavior, metrics, and business outcomes to product decisions.
  • Experience working with data science and engineering teams on recommendation systems, personalization, or AI-driven products.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong experimentation mindset, including A/B testing, metric definition, and iterative product optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Bonus: experience with subscription models, multi-profile accounts, or personalized ecommerce platforms.
