Position Summary

Incredible Health is looking for a Growth Product Manager. This team member will operate at the intersection of our product, marketing and lifecycle communications functions, and be a key member of our product team. Your mission is to find new and engaging ways to support nurses, technicians, and other healthcare workers nationwide. The scope of work will include setting up healthcare workers for success as they take their first steps in finding a new job and ensuring we add value to their work and life throughout their entire career and in between job searches through social, educational and financial tools. Tackle the most compelling product problems in close partnership with a group of smart and down-to-earth people, and use key skills including AI, machine learning, prototyping, user research and more.

This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities

  • Defining key portions of the consumer growth roadmap, lead key initiatives with a cross-functional team, including tracking KPIs and creating dashboards for the features and funnels you invest in.
  • Analyzing data to identify high impact opportunities and run iterative experiments.
  • Partnering with design, operations, engineering, data science, and machine learning team members to develop a deep understanding of the user journey and gathering feedback to elevate our user experience.
  • Use the latest in LLM, AI, and machine learning technology to research and shape key solutions.
  • Working cross-functionally to define and ship delightful experiences that drive engagement and marketplace metrics.
  • Finding ways to be lean and improve efficiency and excellence in our product development process.
  • Partner with Growth Product Lead on evolving a best-in-class growth program.
  • Operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Success in your first 6 months will look like:

  • Build Marketing Automation Infrastructure: Further develop automation infrastructure for paid and lifecycle marketing to increase the volume of talent entering the marketplace, ensuring scalable and efficient growth.
  • Leverage AI: Identifying opportunities to leverage AI to create a more personalized and scalable talent experiences, enhancing user satisfaction and marketplace outcomes.
  • Drive healthcare worker engagement: Identify opportunities to further increase engagement of healthcare workers throughout their entire career
  • Optimize Onboarding: Improve the efficiency of the talent onboarding funnel, reducing friction and increasing conversion rates to maximize talent activation.
  • Enhance Job Search Experience: Refine the job search experience to drive more interview requests and hires, supporting the broader goal of matching talent with in-demand roles.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a product manager, including time at a growth stage company
  • At least 2 years experience in a consumer product management role / working on user-facing features, flows, experiences
  • At least 2 years experience partnering with marketing, growth marketing or lifecycle functions
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with Iterable or other consumer engagement platforms
  • AI-forward mindset
  • Strong understanding of current AI trends and a proactive approach to integrating AI capabilities into product strategy & daily workflow.
  • A track record of driving positive outcomes and delivering key results for users and the business
