This role focuses on shaping and optimizing how users securely access a large-scale SaaS learning platform, with ownership of the end-to-end identity experience including login, signup, authentication, SSO, and enterprise provisioning flows. You will play a key role in reducing friction across access journeys while improving activation, engagement, and retention for both individual learners and enterprise customers. The position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, requiring strong cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless identity experiences across diverse user types. You will also help evolve enterprise identity capabilities, including modern authentication standards and emerging access models. This is a high-impact product role where your decisions directly influence user onboarding, security, and overall platform adoption. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on experimentation and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:- Own the end-to-end customer identity and access experience, including login, signup, SSO, authentication, and automated provisioning workflows.
- Identify and eliminate friction points in user access journeys to improve activation, retention, and engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on identity infrastructure, including provisioning and deprovisioning systems and enterprise authentication flows.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align identity requirements with enterprise deals, renewals, and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives for authentication, authorization, and identity-related product enhancements.
- Work with analytics teams to define instrumentation, analyze behavioral data, and translate insights into product decisions.
- Support lifecycle initiatives and in-product communication strategies in collaboration with GTM stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to improve access experiences across both end-user and enterprise admin personas.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments (or equivalent experience with advanced degree).
- Proven experience owning authentication, authorization, or identity-related product areas with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams, including engineers and product designers.
- Ability to operate across both B2C and B2B personas within the same product ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with experience partnering with data teams to drive roadmap decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguity and define strategic direction independently.
- Experience collaborating with GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on lifecycle and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
