We're seeking to expand our product team by adding a deep analytics focused Product Manager to our team who will conceptualize, guide and execute on Product Analytics across our key product lines. This role would have you working under the coach/mentorship of our VP of Product and alongside our world class product managers. What You'll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally to conceptualize, guide and execute on incorporating key analytical features to our product lines

• Help define product analytics priorities based on client data, user insights, market intelligence and engineering considerations

• Champion and gain consensus for product strategy and outcome roadmap(s) from stakeholders

• Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

• Orchestrate and manage the product analytics timeline, as well as help define the roadmap for future products and features

• Determine and analyze metrics of product success; communicate to internal and external stakeholders

Who We're Looking For:

• 2 + years of analytics based product management experience, preferably at a growing healthcare or NLP / Machine Learning related product line

• Strong technical acumen and experience working with technical software products from kick-off to ship

• Ability to solve challenges in uncharted, quickly-changing territory at a fast pace

• Strong technical background to effectively communicate with software engineers

• Good communication skills across a diverse set of audiences, internally and externally

• Experience influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

• Ability to thrive in an empowered PM environment

• A passion for analytics and for building products that improve healthcare quality and access

• Prior NLP or/or Machine Learning Product Management experience at a growing company preferred
