In this role, you will translate a customer-facing digital content roadmap into clear business requirements, collaborating closely with the technology team to deliver new features and functionality. You will champion a data-driven, content-focused approach to digital product development—ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value to both customers and key business stakeholders.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<ul class="ul1"><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance confidently makes decisions, and learns quickly from setbacks to drive progress. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Synthesize insights from competitive analysis, customer satisfaction data, industry trends, and analyst reviews to craft a compelling project vision. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Develop product metrics and establish methods to measure success, focusing on financial outcomes and user engagement. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Work within the scrum teams on a daily basis to set clear direction and expectations, articulate business requirements, remove roadblocks, and provide subject matter expertise through constant communication and collaboration with the delivery team, designers, and business stakeholders. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Own and prioritize the team backlog, continuously grooming tasks to align with business goals. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Test new product features and work closely with scrum teams to identify and resolve any issues. </li><li class="li3" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Present and demo product features and business cases to customers, prospects, peers, and leadership. </li></ul>Requirements & Skills:<ul class="ul1"><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">2-3 years of product management experience in web/app-based B2B products or services. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Proven track record of launching feature releases; experience with HR IT technologies is a plus. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Prior skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and user-centered discovery. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Skilled at interfacing across organizational levels, with a focus on setting and managing expectations. </li><li class="li3" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment. </li><li class="li2" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory). </li><li class="li3" style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and ProductBoard (not mandatory). </li></ul>Compensation Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity.
