What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of product management experience owning end-to-end delivery of B2B SaaS products, ideally at growth-stage companies.
- Communication: exceptional cross-functional communication that simplifies complexity for executives, clinicians, engineers, and customers alike.
- Execution: proven track record of shipping value fast.
- Technical Aptitude: technical fluency that lets you debate architecture trade-offs, read API docs, and self-serve analytics with SQL or BI tools.
- Resourcefulness: entrepreneurial drive to lead high-impact initiatives with limited resources and a bias for informed action.
- Customer Focus: with a willingness to conduct on-site observations, user interviews, and deep process mapping.
