Product Implementation Manager

The Product Implementation Manager will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for partner programs, ensuring successful launches through strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. This role requires a balance of customer engagement, internal collaboration, and execution discipline to keep complex initiatives on track.

• Own implementation timelines from requirements gathering through launch, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and delivery teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Gather, analyze, and document partner requirements, transforming business needs into clear deliverables and actionable plans for internal teams.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for partners throughout implementation projects, building trust and maintaining strong communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive resolution to keep implementations aligned with expectations.
• Prepare clear and professional project documentation, including meeting agendas, status updates, summaries, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, updates, and communication history within CRM and project management systems.
• Partner closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions, strong feedback loops, and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across teams without direct authority, influencing stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong implementation, project management, and communication experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams. They should be comfortable working in dynamic technology environments and managing customer-facing responsibilities.

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience working within SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or other technology-driven platform environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence managing partner conversations and executive-level updates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and delivery focus.
• Experience gathering business requirements, coordinating technical initiatives, and supporting product launches.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Linear, Attio, or similar collaboration and project management platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with strong ownership and accountability.
