This role transforms implementation knowledge, product workflows, and solution architecture insights into scalable learning experiences that accelerate customer onboarding, improve adoption, and reduce reliance on senior technical resources. The position is central to building a durable knowledge asset that supports automation, self-service implementations, and future AI-driven solution architecture and custom GPT guidance systems. </span></strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Just like the world around us, this role will rapidly evolve as the systems get more intelligent and the impact of this role compounds over time.
