This senior product leadership role is focused on shaping and scaling the core infrastructure that powers global money movement across a high-growth financial technology platform.
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the global payments network infrastructure that enables seamless cross-border transactions, treasury flows, and payout capabilities at scale.
The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and financial partnerships, requiring strong technical depth and commercial awareness.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives to build, optimize, and expand payment rails across multiple regions while ensuring reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
A key part of your mission will be leveraging data and advanced technologies, including AI, to improve routing, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
You will also lead and mentor a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering critical infrastructure and payments capabilities.
This is a highly strategic, global role with direct impact on platform scalability and customer experience.
Accountabilities:- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of global payments network infrastructure, including payment rails, wallets, FX, and payout systems.
- Lead evaluation, integration, and management of financial partners to expand global coverage and improve payment capabilities.
- Drive product development for scalable money movement systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance at global transaction volumes.
- Leverage data, AI, and machine learning insights to optimize routing, reduce costs, detect fraud, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and financial partnership teams to deliver complex infrastructure solutions.
- Define and communicate product strategy with clarity, supported by market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering high performance and strong execution across multiple initiatives.
- Rapidly iterate on product launches and enhancements based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on global money movement infrastructure across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or engineering, ideally within payments, fintech, or infrastructure-heavy technology environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product or cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in global payments systems, money movement platforms, or financial infrastructure products.
- Proven ability to take complex, global-scale products from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience balancing long-term product vision with short-term execution priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with payment orchestration, ledger systems, FX, or related financial workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in fintech or payments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
