font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Elicit and document detailed business requirements for new and enhanced products.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct stakeholder and user persona interviews.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Track requirements from conception to release with cross-functional teams and project managers.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor and assess product performance by making recommendations for future improvements using your unique and proven understanding of balancing business needs with customer needs.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Outline dashboard requirements for internally tracking the success of post-released products.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide ongoing support to internal teams and users of implemented solutions, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with Content, UX, Engineering, QA, Support and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Pose questions effectively and lead others effectively to achieve goals by suggesting changes to a product and explaining how they may help the business. </li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders and all internal groups during the product build by maintaining timelines and providing status updates.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product development, computer science, engineering, or a related field</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in product operations, technical product management, technical program management or business analysis</li></ul> Preferred Skills & Experience<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;
