This role sits at the center of property and casualty product innovation, driving the development and evolution of dwelling-related insurance offerings for a large and highly regulated member base. It combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-market optimization. The position plays a key role in shaping digital-first product experiences that respond to evolving customer needs and market dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including underwriting, compliance, risk, and technology to bring new solutions to market. The environment is highly data-driven, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role where product decisions directly influence member value, operational performance, and competitive positioning in the personal lines insurance space.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development and modernization of P&C dwelling products, ensuring alignment with member needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, launching new offerings, and optimizing existing solutions based on performance insights and market trends. You will also act as a key connector across business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure successful execution.
This role requires deep experience in product development within Property & Casualty insurance, particularly in personal lines and dwelling-related products. Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership capabilities are essential, along with the ability to operate in complex, regulated environments.
