This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in the United States.

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of innovative B2B SaaS products for professional design and architecture users. You will own projects end-to-end, from research and ideation through prototyping and launch, ensuring designs align with business goals and user needs. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and influence product strategy. Working in a fast-paced, startup environment, you will contribute to the design system, validate solutions through data and testing, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. Your work will directly impact thousands of users while accelerating your career growth in product design.

Accountabilities

·        Lead the end-to-end design process including discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and launch.

·        Partner with Product Managers to translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences.

·        Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.

·        Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across products.

·        Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.

·        Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth handoff and technical feasibility.

·        Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered solutions.

·        Support marketing, establish design processes, and contribute to company culture initiatives.

Requirements

·        2–4 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech startups.

·        Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, problem-solving, and shipped features.

·        Expertise in Figma and modern design tools; strong prototyping skills.

·        Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, responsive design).

·        Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.

·        Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and data-driven design.

·        Comfortable using AI tools for research, rapid prototyping, and content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney).

·        Excellent visual design, systems thinking, and attention to detail.

·        Strong written and verbal communication; able to present design decisions effectively.

·        Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset, eager to learn and iterate rapidly.

·        Familiarity with AEC workflows, marketplace or enterprise platforms, and accessibility standards is a plus.
