In this role, you’ll drive the design of cutting-edge, AI-powered features across mobile and desktop applications, transforming how users interact with modern communication tools. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into intuitive, engaging, and polished product experiences. With a strong emphasis on mobile design and AI integration, your work will directly impact the usability and appeal of core product features. This is an exciting opportunity to lead with creativity in a fast-paced, user-centered environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with product teams to understand user needs and pain points, especially in the context of AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead the design of AI-powered features for mobile and desktop platforms, including voice assistants and communication tools.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes that prioritize mobile-first experiences.
  • Develop production-ready designs that combine user-centered problem-solving with compelling visuals, animations, and transitions.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
  • Maintain and enhance design consistency using the internal design system while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on trends in AI design, usability, and user experience best practices.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a product design or UX/UI design role.
  • Proven experience designing AI-powered features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design principles.
  • Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
  • Comfortable leading design workshops and incorporating user feedback and usability testing into design iterations.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional environments.
